As a reminder, the Pledge Manager is where you will enter your shipping address and add any additional items that youâd like to your order. The Pledge Manager will be open all throughout December and will close January 2nd 2023 so make sure youâve locked in your order before that time!
Please keep an eye on your inbox for an email from Backerkit! The survey will be sent to the same email that you signed up for Kickstarter with. To complete your survey, click the survey link. You donât need to create a BackerKit account to fill it out. After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. We will make sure to give you another update in advance before the surveys are closed.
Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter & charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfilment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backersâ rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized & before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. Weâll keep you informed all along the way!

I was expecting SHUX to be more of a learning experience than anything else, but was overjoyed at the response we got from people at the convention. We barely got a break all weekend!
The most exciting part by far though had to be when we were approached by Quinns from Shut Up & Sit Down on Saturday evening. He told us that he had heard so much about our table from staff at the convention that he had to come check us out! We had a really nice chat with him, I gave him our pitch and he came back with a camera to take some photos of Hot Potatoz and our setup.
I was blown away by the fact that he decided to come visit our table and spend some time giving us encouragement. It was an incredibly full circle moment for me. When I started designing Hot Potatoz I was looking to Youtube and game podcasts for advice on design and how to create a fun and memorable experience for players. One of the channels I watched for inspiration was Shut Up & Sit Down. I loved how informative the videos were while also being funny and approachable. Just 2 years earlier I was watching Quinns on Youtube and now he wanted to talk to us in person about Hot Potatoz!
We were ecstatic about what had happened, but we never could have imagined that we would also get a shoutout from the team in their live podcast recording at the convention the next day.Â
